Dr. Dave Bowman, Ph.D., CEO, Bowman Global Enterprise Group, LLC
Dave is a top-producing manager with more than 40 years of progressive experience in high-risk decision making,
program development, writing and research, leadership and management. His outstanding communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills combined with a unique combination of interpersonal and analytical ability is
what is needed in these challenging times.
His personal and professional background makes him uniquely qualified to provide service to you. He has a
broad range of public safety experience including work as a firefighter/paramedic, a deputy sheriff and has served
as the Chief of Explosives and Pyrotechnics at the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office and as Assistant State Fire
Marshal for the State of Nevada.
Dr. Bowman holds several academic degrees, with a specific concentration on fire safety management and has
taught Fire Science at The Ohio State University. Additionally, he has attended more than 100 advanced training
programs in a variety of disciplines. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and was commissioned as an
Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves.
As CEO of Bowman Global Enterprise Group, a broad service safety and management company, Dr. Bowman led
incident management and command classes for companies such as Ford Motors, Visteon, Kenworth Trucks,
Raytheon, Roadway Express and many others. Company experience has included extensive work in explosives
and pyrotechnics in the People's Republic of China and Hawaii.
He has served as Associate Director of Regional Operations for the National Fire Sprinkler Association,
responsible for managing Regional Managers in the southern half of the United States. He holds membership in
numerous professional and fraternal organizations including several Masonic bodies. Dr. Bowman has been
married for more than 35 years, with 3 married children and 2 grandsons.
